In many cases, simple repairs solve the problem. Issues often stem from a problem with the tank's internal components ("guts"), and those parts cost very little. Even if a toilet is leaking, it's often not due to a problem with the toilet itself. But if the toilet is cracked, otherwise damaged, very old, or hasn't been used in a while, replacement is the best bet — and often a must.
We gather information from you when you call, but our technicians assess each toilet onsite to accurately diagnose the issue and determine the best solution.
If you've already purchased a toilet and have it onsite, we'll likely be able to install it. However, we're used to bringing toilets with us — and are happy to do so.
